Planning Cabinets for a Chandler Build, Flip or Remodel

Chandler has a bit of everything — new construction going up alongside fix-and-flips and homeowner remodels, from the older streets around downtown Chandler out to the newer East Valley subdivisions. We supply all of it from our showroom and warehouse at 3120 W Thomas Rd in Phoenix, about 28 miles from downtown Chandler. Here's how each kind of job works with us, from the first quote to delivery day.

Three kinds of Chandler jobs, one program

Every Chandler project runs on the same wholesale program: 14 cabinet colors on one size catalog, flat-pack (RTA) or assembled, and no minimum order. What changes is how you use it.

• New construction and spec homes. Builders order from one size catalog across all 14 colors, flat-pack or assembled — assembled keeps the crew installing instead of building boxes. If you buy regularly, a wholesale account puts your own prices on every color in our Shop once your pricing is set, so you can build and send quotes yourself and compare up to four colors side by side.
• Fix-and-flips. When your crew can assemble, flat-pack RTA cabinets keep the cabinet cost lowest. When the schedule is tight, order assembled. You can choose size by size on the same order.
• Homeowner remodels. Homeowners are welcome, and you don't need an account to get a quote. A single kitchen gets the same free 3D design and 24–48 hour quote as a builder's order.

What to send for a quote

Any one of these is enough to start: a set of plans, a cabinet list, measurements, or a few photos of the room. We send back a free 3D design and a line-item quote within 24–48 hours, so you can see the layout and the color before anything is ordered. Once you approve the quote, a free onsite measure checks the numbers against the real room before the order is placed.

Getting the order to Chandler

Downtown Chandler is about 28 miles from our warehouse, so most Chandler orders are delivered. Assembled orders are delivered 3–5 days from order. Once the order is picked, we text you a link to choose the day: any weekday up to four weeks out, in a morning (8–12) or afternoon (12–3) window.

If you're in central Phoenix anyway, pickup at the warehouse is the fastest way to get an order — Monday to Friday, 8 to 4. Bring your Sales Order number, or send someone with it.

How the cabinets are built

Our cabinets in all 14 in-stock colors have solid wood doors and face frames, soft-close drawers and guides, solid plywood cabinet boxes and solid plywood dovetail drawer boxes — the same cabinets whether you order them flat-pack or assembled. Scribe and toe-kick are included on every order, and in-stock cabinets carry a 3-year limited warranty on door hinges, drawer slides, and door and drawer operation.

Countertops and the rest of the kitchen

With every kind of project in town, Chandler jobs use the whole range. White Shaker is our best seller and the safe pick for a spec home; Black Shaker brings contrast to a remodel; Blue Shaker is made for an island accent; and Olive Green is our signature TDC line.
