What changes the price of your kitchen
The typical 10×10 price above is a starting point — two kitchens the same size can need very different cabinets. A quote prices your actual project. These are the things that move the number:
- • Your list. Which cabinets, which sizes and how many. Every line on the quote is priced on its own, so you can see exactly where the money goes.
- • Flat-pack RTA or assembled. Order RTA to save when your crew does the assembly, or have us assemble it to cut on-site work. Same cabinets either way — RTA cabinets in Phoenix explains the difference.
- • What else goes on the order. Countertops (TDC Quartz or stone through Bolder Image Stone), sinks, faucets and handles can go on the same quote, so the whole job is priced together. See countertops.
- • Custom pieces. Truly custom cabinetry is available through Dura Supreme, which we're a dealer for, and is quoted on request.

- • A wholesale account. Contractors, remodelers, builders, investors, designers and property managers can open one in a minute. Your account manager sets up your wholesale pricing (usually within one business day); from then on your own prices show on every color in the Shop, and you can build, save and send quotes yourself — comparing colors side by side or mixing colors for a two-tone kitchen as you go. Included at no charge
- • A 3D design and renderings with every quote — always free.
- • An onsite measure after you approve the quote, to check the numbers against the real room before the order is placed.
- • Scribe and toe-kick on every order.
- • No minimum order on RTA or assembled cabinets.

How fast
Quotes come back in 24–48 hours once we have what we need. Orders are delivered in 3–5 days, assembled, and pickup at our Phoenix warehouse (Mon–Fri 8–4) is the fastest way to get an order. Wholesale account holders can check an estimated ready or delivery date anytime under Lead Times in their account.
