Kitchen Cabinet Sizes
Every kitchen cabinet size Top Drawer Cabinetry sells in our 14in-stock colors, by type: base cabinets, drawer and sink bases, wall cabinets, tall pantry cabinets, and corner and specialty pieces, with a note on any size that doesn't come in every color. The numbers in a size code are inches — a B24 is a 24″-wide base cabinet, a W3036 is a wall cabinet 30″ wide and 36″ high — so once you know the code, you know the size.
How to read a cabinet size code
- B — base cabinet. B24 is 24″ wide.
- DB — drawer base. DB18 is 18″ wide.
- SB — sink base. SB36 is 36″ wide.
- W — wall cabinet: width, then height. W3036 is 30″ wide and 36″ high; a third pair is the depth, so W362424 is 36″ wide, 24″ high and 24″ deep.
- UT — one half of a tall pantry: width, then height. UT185424 is an 18″-wide lower half, 54″ tall.
- On an order the color number goes in front: 2B24 is a B24 in White Shaker.
Base cabinets
Base cabinets stand on the floor under the countertop. The narrowest has a single door; the rest add a drawer on top, and from 24″ wide they have two doors.

Drawer bases swap the doors for a stack of drawers.

Sink bases
A sink base leaves room for the sink and plumbing. Where it has a drawer front, it's a front only — there's no drawer box behind it.

Wall cabinets
Wall cabinets up to 21″ wide have one door; from 24″ they have two. The short heights fit spaces like the one over a refrigerator or a range hood.

Stacked wall cabinets (White Shaker only)
Short wall cabinets, 15″ and 18″ high and 12″ deep, that stack on top of a wall cabinet for a taller run — 12″ to 36″ wide: W1215, W1218, W1515, W1518, W1815, W1818, W2115, W2118, W2415, W2418, W2715, W2718, W3015, W3018, W3315, W3318, W3615, W3618.
Tall pantry cabinets
Each tall pantry is ordered as two pieces that stack: a lower half 51″ or 54″ tall and an upper half 30″, 36″ or 42″ tall, in the same width. The 51″ lower halves come in every color but White Oak.

Kitchen cabinet sizes — FAQ
What sizes do your base cabinets come in?
Base cabinets come 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27, 30, 33 and 36 inches wide, and drawer bases 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27, 30 and 36 inches wide. The number in each size code is the width in inches, so a B24 is a 24-inch base cabinet.
What heights do your wall cabinets come in?
Every wall cabinet width (9″ to 36″) comes 30″, 36″ and 42″ high. The 30″ and 36″-wide wall cabinets also come 12″, 15″, 18″, 21″ and 24″ high. Stacked wall cabinets 15″ and 18″ high are available in White Shaker only.
How do I read a cabinet size code?
The letters say what it is and the numbers are inches. B24 is a 24-inch-wide base cabinet; DB18 an 18-inch drawer base; SB36 a 36-inch sink base. On a wall cabinet the first two numbers are the width and the next two the height, so W3036 is 30 inches wide and 36 high. On an order the color number goes in front: 2B24 is a B24 in White Shaker.
Do your tall pantry cabinets come in one piece?
No. Each tall pantry is two pieces stacked together: a lower half 51″ or 54″ tall and an upper half 30″, 36″ or 42″ tall, in widths of 18″, 24″, 30″ and 36″.
Does every color come in every size?
Most do. The exceptions on this page: the sink bases (SB42): 7 of our 14 colors; the 24″-deep wall cabinets: every color but Hazel Nut White Oak; the stacked wall cabinets: White Shaker only; the pantry halves (UT185124, UT245124, UT305124 and UT365124): every color but White Oak; the blind corner bases (BBC43/48): every color but White Oak and Cream Shaker; the wall corner cabinets (WDC2418): White Shaker and Cream Shaker only; the base end shelf (BES09): every color but Hazel Nut White Oak and Cream Shaker; the wall end shelves (WES0930): every color but White Oak; the other wall specialty cabinets (WER2430, WER2436 and WER2442): White Shaker only. Everything else here comes in all 14 colors, and each color's own page lists exactly which sizes it comes in.
What if my wall doesn't match the cabinet widths?
Cabinet widths step by 3 inches, so a wall rarely matches a set of cabinets exactly; fillers close the leftover gap. You don't have to work it out: send your measurements and the free 3D design lays out the sizes and fillers, and after you approve the quote a free onsite measure checks the numbers in the real room.
Can I order just one or two cabinets?
Yes. There's no minimum order, and every size can be ordered flat-pack (RTA) or assembled.
