Order Lookup
Enter your Sales Order number plus the email or phone on the order to see live status — from order to assembly to delivery, including any items still coming in or a warranty in progress. You can download a copy of your Sales Order any time, and your signed pickup or delivery slip once everything has been handed over.
It has to be the Sales Order (SO) number — the one on your sales order once you've purchased. A quote or estimate number won't pull anything up: a quote isn't an order yet, so there's no progress to show.
What your status means
Order Lookup shows five steps, plus a badge at the top that sums up where your order is. Step 3 depends on your order (flat-pack, assembled or custom) and step 4 on pickup or delivery. Delivery orders: once every item is picked, we text you a link to choose your day and a morning or afternoon window, and assembled cabinets are built to be ready for that day.

- Your order is logged in our system.
- Step 2 · Quote & design (badge: In Process)
- Your wholesale quote and design are confirmed.
- Step 3 · Being prepared (badge: Being Prepared)
- Flat-pack orders: we're pulling your items and staging them. It shows how many are gathered so far.
- Step 3 · Approved & in assembly (badge: In Assembly)
- Assembled orders: your items are pulled and staged and your cabinets are being built. It shows how many are built so far, and your assembly date once it's set.
- Step 3 · Built by Dura Supreme
- Custom orders: made to your specification.
- Step 4 · Ready for pickup (badge: Ready for Pickup)
- Everything is ready to collect at our Phoenix warehouse. Bring your Sales Order number.
- Step 4 · Out for delivery (badge: Out for Delivery)
- Your order is ready to go out. It shows "Scheduling your delivery" until your day is set, then your delivery day, then "Loaded and on the way" once it's on the truck.
- Step 5 · Picked up / Delivered (badge: Picked Up / Delivered)
- Signed off and done. You can download your signed slip from Order Lookup.
