Terms of Use

Quotes, prices and products

Photos, colors, sizes, prices and stock shown on the site are general information and can change without notice. What you buy — the items, the price and the details — is set by your written quote and your order.

Warranty

Our in-stock cabinetry carries a 3-year limited warranty. Its full terms are on our Warranty page.

Wholesale accounts

If we set you up with a wholesale account, keep your sign-in to yourself — you're responsible for what's done with it. We can pause or close an account that's misused.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site: no trying to break into it or disrupt it, and no false information in our forms or sending a form in someone else's name.

Our content

The text, photos, logo and designs on this site belong to TDC or to the people who let us use them. You may view, print and share links to our pages; please ask us before copying them for anything else.

Google Maps

Parts of this site use Google Maps: the map on our Contact page, Google's reviews box on our home page and Reviews page, and Google Maps Platform services that our server uses to check our own business listing on Google. By using these features, you agree to be bound by Google's terms: the Google Maps / Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy also applies to them.

Links to other sites

Our site links to other sites, like Google, Facebook, Instagram and the BBB. We aren't responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.

The website itself

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but it's provided “as is”, without a promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, TDC isn't liable for losses that come from using the website itself. This doesn't change your quote, your order or any product warranty.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Arizona law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona. We may update them; a new version applies once it's posted here with a new date.
