Privacy Policy
Last updated October 8, 2026. This page explains what information Top Drawer Cabinetry (“TDC”, “we”) collects through tdcabinetry.com and when you contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- What you tell us. When you ask for a quote, contact us, open a wholesale account, apply for a job, sign up as an event sponsor or answer a survey, we collect what you enter — usually your name, phone number, email, city or address, and details about your project — plus any plans, photos or files you attach.
- Your orders and account. If you buy from us or have a wholesale account, we keep your quotes, orders, delivery or pickup details, warranty requests and your sign-in email.
- Calls, texts and emails. We keep the messages you send us and our replies. Phone calls with our team may be recorded and transcribed, to keep good records and to train our team.
- Automatically. When you send a form, we record your device's IP address, your browser type, the page you came from and any ad or campaign tags in the link (for example, which ad you clicked). Our site also uses cookies and similar tools from Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads) and Meta (the Meta Pixel) to count visits and measure our ads. We switch these off on private pages, like a wholesale client's account pages and personal delivery-booking links.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and send quotes.
- To process, build, deliver and support your orders, including warranty service.
- To contact you about your request or order by phone, text or email, and to follow up on quotes. An AI assistant working for our team may text a new request to ask a few questions about the project.
- To send occasional news and offers (you can stop these any time — see “Your choices”).
- To run and improve our website and service, and to train our team.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
- To keep our site and records secure, and to follow the law.
Who we share it with
- Companies that provide services to us get the information they need to do that work: website and database hosting, email, phone calls and text messages, our team's messaging, call transcription, AI tools that help us answer messages and review calls, delivery routing, and accounting.
- Advertising and measurement. Google's and Meta's tools on our site see your visits (see above). When a request comes in from our website or from a Facebook or Instagram ad, we also tell Meta about the lead and how it goes (for example, quoted or sold), with your name, email, phone and location in coded (hashed) form, plus the IP address and browser details from your visit, so Meta can measure and improve our ads.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or anyone's safety.
- If our business is sold or merged, as part of that deal.
Google Maps
Our website uses Google Maps: the map on our Contact page, Google's reviews box on our home page and Reviews page(after the page has loaded, it loads from Google in your browser when the reviews section is on or near your screen, and shows our Google rating and reviews straight from Google), and Google Maps Platform services (the Places API) that our server uses to check our own business listing on Google. Google's handling of information for these features is covered by the Google Privacy Policy, at https://policies.google.com/privacy, which is part of this policy by reference.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any text from us and we'll stop texting you.
- Emails: reply to one of our emails and ask us to stop, or call us.
- Cookies and ads: you can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. Google offers an Analytics opt-out add-on, and you can change your ad settings with Google and Meta.
- Your information: you can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. We'll honor your request unless we need to keep something — for example, for an open order, a warranty, or tax and accounting records.
How long we keep it
We keep information as long as we need it for the reasons above — for example, order records for warranty, tax and accounting.
Keeping it safe
We use reasonable safeguards: encrypted connections (https), private databases that only our own systems can reach, and sign-ins for our team and wholesale clients. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise that information will never be exposed.
Children
Our website and services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date. Our Terms of Use cover using the website itself.
